Add your Support Team

Once you activate the Envato Castle a new user meta will be added in the user’s profile which the SuperAdmins only can see and change.

  1. From WordPress Dashboard go to the Users > All Users.
  2. Multisite: You must assign your team members in the defined site then Go to the defined site dashboard and open Users > All Users.
  3. Edit the member you need to assign him as a team member.
  4. Modify the User’s forum role into Moderator level to be able to Edit, Close, Open, Stick or Trash the clients’ tickets.
  5. Check the option Is Envato Castle Support Team?
  6. Click on Update User button.
  7. That’s it, Now the user can Add replies, Edit and Close opened topics.
