Add your Support Team
Once you activate the Envato Castle a new user meta will be added in the user’s profile which the SuperAdmins only can see and change.
- From WordPress Dashboard go to the Users > All Users.
- Multisite: You must assign your team members in the defined site then Go to the defined site dashboard and open Users > All Users.
- Edit the member you need to assign him as a team member.
- Modify the User’s forum role into Moderator level to be able to Edit, Close, Open, Stick or Trash the clients’ tickets.
- Check the option Is Envato Castle Support Team?
- Click on Update User button.
- That’s it, Now the user can Add replies, Edit and Close opened topics.
