This video guide is for buyers whom purchased projects from an Envato author who use Envato Castle to organize his support forum.

1. Open your Author’s Support Forum.
2. Create a new account or login if you already have one.
3. Authenticate your Envato’s buyer account using the Envato Client green button over the forums list or from the Envato Client menu item in the admin bar.
4. Note: Be sure that there’s no personal data will be collected from your Envato’s account before you Agree, See Envato’s App Required Permissions.
5. Now use Verify user licenses page to verify your purchases done from your Author’s Store.
